How does PDF watermarking work?

When enabled, the system adds the buyer's name and email to every PDF page after a successful payment. A watermark can help identify a copy, but it cannot guarantee that the file will never be shared. Watermarking currently processes PDFs up to 50 MB.

When does the buyer get file access?

File access is processed after payment is verified. The download link expires after a period of time and can be generated again when needed.

What are the file-size and storage limits?

Maximum file size and storage capacity follow your active plan. See the Subscription page for the latest limits.

Can I sell more than one e-book?

Yes. Product count, files, and storage capacity follow the limits and configuration of your active plan.

What if a buyer has not received the file?

Check the payment and order status in the dashboard, then confirm that the buyer's email address is correct. Contact s.id support if the order still needs assistance.
